Products

All products are created by Stephanie Jay Fox.

Art prints are produced either from original paintings or from original digital artwork created in Procreate.

Colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings.

All measurements are approximate.

Every original painting is created by hand. Small textures, brushstrokes and natural variations are part of the artwork and are not considered defects. Please review all product images carefully before making your purchase.

Orders

Orders are subject to availability.

I reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if necessary.

Customers are responsible for checking all product details before placing an order.

Prices

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Prices may change without notice.

Taxes and shipping costs, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Payment

Payment is securely processed through Shopify and its approved payment providers.

Shipping (UK)

For literary art prints, please allow 2–3 working days for processing.

For reproduction prints and art prints supplied through a third-party print-on-demand service, please allow 3–5 working days for processing.

For original canvas and canvas board paintings, please allow 5–8 working days for processing.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, any additional shipping costs or replacement orders will be the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently available only for art prints supplied through a third-party print-on-demand service.

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.

Returns & Refunds

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or has been supplied in error.

Original artwork should be carefully repackaged to prevent damage during return transit.

As every original painting is one of a kind, replacements cannot be offered. If an original painting is damaged during transit, a full refund will be issued where appropriate.

Digital downloads are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photographs of both the damaged item and its packaging.

Where appropriate, I will repair, replace or refund the item.

Copyright

All artwork remains the copyright of Stephanie Jay Fox.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.

Artwork, images, written content and designs may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or used commercially without the prior written permission of the artist.

Intellectual Property

The Stephanie Jay Fox Art and Illustration business name, logo, artwork, products and website content remain the intellectual property of Stephanie Jay Fox.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stephanie Jay Fox Art and Illustration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of products sold through this website. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
